Pre-release terms for the HSR MVP. Malaysian legal review is required before public launch.
Purpose of HSR
HSR helps patients discover participating clinics and send appointment requests. It is not a hospital information system, medical-record system, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use only an account you are authorized to control. Public registration is available only for patient and clinic roles. Administrators are provisioned through a protected operational process.
Appointment requests
An appointment request is not confirmed until the selected clinic accepts it. Clinics remain responsible for their schedules and responses. For urgent or emergency assistance, contact the appropriate Malaysian emergency service or seek immediate care; do not rely on HSR.
Remote appointments
For an accepted remote appointment, the clinic may provide a Zoom or Google Meet join link. Keep the link confidential and use it only for the intended appointment. HSR opens the external provider and does not host, record, transcribe, monitor, or guarantee the call. Your use of Zoom or Google Meet is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse HSR, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or clinic, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, or place detailed medical records into fields that are not intended for them.
Clinic information
Clinic accounts must provide accurate registration and public-directory information. Registration does not guarantee publication. HSR may require an authorized listing review before a clinic appears publicly.
Availability and account action
Pre-release functionality may change or be temporarily unavailable. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with applicable obligations, or maintain the service.
Changes to these terms
HSR records the version accepted during registration. Material changes will use a new version and may require another acknowledgement. Final governing-law, liability, dispute, and contact provisions require qualified Malaysian legal review before public launch.
